Placing an order

No, we just ask for a weight estimate to give you an instant quote. Our laundry worker will weigh everything for you, and we will send you an invoice with the final amount once you get your clothes fresh and clean.

Although we ask for your payment details at the time of placing an order, we only charge you once our laundry worker returns your clothes to you fresh and clean.

Our laundry workers set their own fees individually, so what you will pay depends on how much our laundry workers are charging in your area. Also, our laundry workers set a fee per kilometer they travel. This means that the closer you are to one of our laundry workers, the more likely you will end up paying less for collection and delivery.

We can collect from your reception. Just let them know we are coming to pick it up.

Of course you can! Just unselect "Add collection" and / or "Add delivery" when prompted at the time of placing your order.

If you choose to do this, we wouldn't charge you anything for collection and / or delivery and would send you our laundry worker's address.

Short answer, yes.

If you choose to not request collection or delivery, you will be then asked to choose how many kilometers you are willing to travel to drop-off / collect your clothes.

We will then assign your order to the nearest laundry worker who best match your requests, and we would send you the address of that laundry worker.

Essentially, that address would be your drop-off / collection point for that order.

We are open 7 days a week.

We make and accept collections and deliveries from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We don't. Our customers just enter an estimate of that weight, and it is your responsibility as a laundry worker to weigh it.

If there is a mismatch between what the customer said and its actual weigh, you can write that down in the laundry report that we send you once you have collected the customer's laundry.

Our customers will be charged and you will get paid according to the actual number of kilograms you write down. For your own benefit, you should be 100% honest in any case.

We send you a payment receipt for each order you complete (that is, every time our customers receive their clothes fresh and clean from you).

If it was your first order, the payment will clear up to 7 days after that receipt was sent to you.

Otherwise, it will take up to 2 business days.
